IIM Udaipur Placement 2023 for the MBA 2021-23 batch, has concluded with many firsts and more than 14% rise in average salary which has gone up at Rs.20.32 LPA from Rs.17.50 LPA last year. Out of the large batch of 305 students, 301 students participated in placement process and 70+ recruiters, including first time recruiters made offers to the students with high salary offers. Achieving yet again 100% placement, IIM Udaipur has registered a growth of 30% in PPOs offered to the students while 3 students got international offers from marquee companies.

Sharing the top line figures of its recently concluded final placements for the flagship 2-year MBA Course, graduating in April 2023, IIM Udaipur follows the Indian Placement Report Standards (IPRS) and will be sharing a detailed placement report when the external audit of the same concludes. IIM Udaipur Placement 2023: Detailed Report after Audit
IIM Udaipur prepares its summer and final placement reports according to the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS). IIM Udaipur is one of five IIMs and a total of 31 Indian B-schools to follow this standard. These reports are audited by an external auditing agency. The IPRS is a framework that aims at standardization of placement reports to make them more transparent and easier to understand, more comparable, and reliable for making decisions. IIM Udaipur will release the detailed placement report after the placement 2023 report is audited in the month of August/September 2023.
With its focus on research and transformative learning, IIM Udaipur has gained distinctive prominence through its Global Rankings, Accreditation, and various initiatives, including setting up Centers of Excellence in important areas like Digital, Supply Chain, and Healthcare. IIM Udaipur is the only B-School in India to have a Consumer Culture Lab.
In FT Rankings MIM Top 100 Global Rankings 2022, IIM Udaipur is only the IIM, along with IIM Bangalore, to be ranked in the Top 100 for a consecutive 4th year. Global Immersion at IIM Udaipur has two aspects. The first one is International Business Program (IBP) which provides students an opportunity to undertake 2-3 weeks live projects in foreign offices of a multinational organisation. Rural Immersion at IIM Udaipur is a compulsory program where students spend 3-4 days in villages with the objective to understand the ground realities of rural areas, their problems & challenges and assessing impact of work done by NGOs and Government bodies
IIM Udaipur is the first IIM to have a trading lab functional in its first year of operation. It is a full-fledged Bloomberg Financial Markets Analysis Lab with 12 Terminals. There are very few such Labs in India.
