Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Course Highlights

IFMR’s MBA course is designed around building two specific competencies – Intellectual Strength and Resilience. The former is to allow budding managers to entertain alternative mental maps and perspectives while evaluating a given situation – and is achieved by a combination of management games, simulation, and case studies. We build resilience through a combination of tough administration of assessment components throughout the trimester, while providing the support of a full time mentor faculty who works with the student through the entire course – helping each one discover his/her limitations, and identifying ways to overcome them or work around them.
