PGEM is specially designed for individuals looking to take on larger critical roles in their organizations and businesses. This program differentiates itself in focussing on experiential learning through real business cases, experience sharing, role plays etc. The program content has been designed keeping industry insights on requirements of working executives. They need programs that provide the right flexibility to enable them to pursue their careers and education together and at the same time program should ensure a very high quality learning experience. The Executives in organizations handle functions in various domains. However they specialize in skills of a particular domain. To ensure competency building in specific domains the PGEM has been designed in such a fashion that in addition to core management foundation it allows the executives to build up skills and specialize in either of the key functions- Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human Resource, Business Analytics. This program has been specially designed for the working executives having minimum experience of three years.

Eligibility

        Graduation with minimum 50% marks

        3 years of Full Time work experience.

Admission Process-

  • Admission Forms are available at IMT CDL office and also online at IMT CDL website.
  • The duly filled forms along with the draft for the fee may be submitted to the IMT CDL office.
  • Online Admission Form and Online Payment for the fee can also be submitted at IMT CDL website.
  • A student can go for only one PGDM program of IMT CDL at a time.

Documents to be attached with the Application Form:

  • Two passport size photographs
  • Photocopy of the Degree or the final year marksheet
  • Photocopy of the High School Certificate for verification of date of birth, student's and father's name
  • Photocopy of the Intermediate School Certificate
  • ID Proof - Photocopy of Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport
  • Experience Certificate where applicable
  • Photocopy of the Certificate for verification of the defense personnel, SC/ST, war widows & handicapped candidates
