Course Highlights

The Post Graduate Programme in Management at IIM Nagpur is a two year, full time, residential programme. It aims to create leaders, managers and entrepreneurs with strong conceptual foundations and analytical rigor rooted in a sound understanding of the socio-economic context, regardless of the sector they work in. Two years of the programme are divided into six terms with a summer internship in-between the two years.

PGP students at IIM Nagpur are taught by the IIM Ahmedabad faculty. Among the innovative highlights of IIM Nagpur’s PGP curriculum is the ‘Field Immersion Module’ in which the students, under the guidance of faculty, not only get nuanced understanding of how organizations function, but also solve real-life problems for various establishments. IIM Nagpur PGP students also get international exposure to countries such as Singapore and Japan through an International Immersion Module in the second year.

IIM Nagpur has recently set up InFED – IIM Nagpur Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development – A centre for promoting research, entrepreneurial learning, and startup incubation. InFED is providing incubation to women entrepreneurs and is in the process of integrating closely with the PGP programme to promote all-round entrepreneurial learning.
