The Guidelines are:

  1. On processing the application, an E-admit card will be uploaded for the Entrance Test, Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. The Centre allotment is based on the candidate’s preference on the application form and further change will not be entertained. However, Christ University reserves the right to cancel, combine or change the test Centre, depending on the number of candidates in specific Centres. The selection process E-Admit card will be generated 5 days prior to the scheduled selection process date.
  2. Candidates can access the E-Admit card from the Christ University website at the link "Current Status of Online application" by entering his/her email id and password.
  3. You will not be allowed to appear for the Selection Process without the E-Admit Card, and the mandatory original documents (Class X and XI/XII) and a set of photocopy.
  4. Candidates must report for the selection process at the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated in the E-Admit Card
  5. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process and the application fee is Non Refundable, in any case
  6. The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions
  7. Request for change in Selection Process dates / timings and change in Centre will not be entertained.
  8. Cellular phone, Satellite phone, pager. etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue, in any case.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of Christ University at any Centre.
  10. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.

Candidates will be intimated about the Selection status (Selected / Wait Listed / Not Selected) through the “Application Status” link on the University website. The Selection results will be declared as mentioned in the important dates link.

 

Note: Candidates must note that if selected, admission is provisional and subject to University rules.

 

Details on how to process admission will be available on Offer of Admission through ‘Application Status’ link on the University website.

As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode. Payment options and details will be provided to selected candidates through ‘Offer of Admission’ on ‘Application status’ on the University website. Fees for first year including Admission Registration fee must be paid in full as part of the admission process.

 

All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, Christ University Branch as part of the admission process and must carry relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card). The University ID card is a smart card, which is both an ID cum ATM card with a chip containing the student personal details. All transactions within the University campus after commencement of classes, including fee payment will be processed only through this card. It is also an access card for Library and other restricted places.

Selected candidates who fall under International student category (ISC) should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Bengaluru, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Bengaluru.

The date of commencement of the academic Year 2018 - 2019 will be intimated during the admission process.
