Course Highlights

A uniquely designed management programme, Globsyn Business School’s PGDM curriculum is comparable to noted postgraduate level Programmes of premier business schools in India and abroad.
Structured into 5 distinct phases, students have to undertake the foundation programme followed by the General Management Programme which is followed by Industry Internship (Training). Post successful completion of Industry Internship students is required to join one of the Schools of Excellence for their specialization.

Admissions Process

1. Preliminary selection may be based on a basic 45-minute Aptitude Test (Globsyn Aptitude Test, GAT) to evaluate verbal and quantitative ability and general awareness; a ten-minute essay on a given topic to assess writing skills; and a short video-profile.

2. The total marks allotted for GBS Admission & Selection is 100. This includes the weight ages allocated to different criteria, as below:
 

Candidate’s score in any one of the public examination held for Management Admissions, namely CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT and ATMA  35
Candidate’s past academic performance (X, XII, UG, PG etc)  10
Candidate’s performance in Group Discussion conducted as part of admissions process 20
Candidates performance in Personal Interview conducted as part of admissions process 25
Extra Curricular, Academic Diversity, Gender Diversity etc. 10

3.  For the final selection, the candidate must have scored a total of 50 marks or more in aggregate of above criteria.
