The curriculum is designed to impart knowledge and skills essential for managers to operate successfully in dynamic and complex business environment
The programme grooms the students to acquire analytical abilities to make and implement managerial decisions effectively
At the end of first year of PGP programme, students go for 8 to 10 weeks of summer internship which provides real life working environment

Eligibility
1. Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to SC/ST/PwD category, the eligibility criterion is relaxed to 45%
2. Apart from a recognized graduate degree, the candidate should appear in CAT 2018 exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to become eligible for admission
Selection Process
- Candidates seeking admission to the two-year PGP of IIM Rohtak have to appear in the
Common Admission Test (CAT)
- IIM Rohtak will Shortlist candidates on the basis of CAT score, Academics and other parameters for
IIMs’ Common Admission Process (CAP) which will consist of Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI)
- Final Selection is based on performance in CAT exam, PI-WAT score obtained in CAP round, Academics, Work-Ex, Diversity & other parameters
