The new two-year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Human Resources (PGPM-HR) is being launched by IIM Tiruchirappalli.  Its main objective is to develop young women and men into competent professional HR managers, capable of working in any sector of organized activity, proceeding leadership and achieving excellence in performance while contributing to the welfare of the larger society.

Eligibility

1. Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to SC/ST/PwD category, the eligibility criterion is relaxed to 45%

2. Apart from a recognized graduate degree, the candidate should appear in CAT 2019 exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to become eligible for admission

 

Selection Process
- Candidates seeking admission to the two-year PGPM-HR of IIM Trichy have to appear in the
Common Admission Test (CAT)

- IIM Trichy will Shortlist candidates on the basis of CAT score, Academics and other parameters for IIMs’ Common Admission Process (CAP) which will consist of Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI)

- Final Selection is based on composite score in merit list consisting of performance in CAT exam, PI-WAT score obtained in CAP round, Academics, Work-Ex, Diversity & other parameters
