Specialization:
As per the academic dynamics, it is imperative for an MBA student to have diversified knowledge and for the very same reason, the institute offers its students to choose a major specialization and opt for a minor specialization. Students are required to opt for one of the major and one of the minor specializations. The major & minor specialization needs to be chosen in the second semester of their programme.
The two-year, full-time, residential Post Graduate Programme, leading up to MBA Degree is designed to equip students to take on leadership roles in a rapidly changing global scenario. PGP has been accorded equivalence with Master’s degree of an Indian University by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for the purpose of admission to higher studies.
The Executive Management Program aims at equipping the participants with adequate knowledge and business skills for managing businesses in India and China, and also enabling them to operate at strategic levels with a global outlook by synergizing all functional areas of Management. Moreover the participants will be trained in Chinese language, Chinese Culture and Chinese tradition understanding which is important for doing business in China.

The Post Graduate Programme in Management at IIM Nagpur is a two year, full time, residential programme. It aims to create leaders, managers and entrepreneurs with strong conceptual foundations and analytical rigor rooted in a sound understanding of the socio-economic context, regardless of the sector they work in. Two years of the programme are divided into six terms with a summer internship in-between the two years.
