Mr Anjani Rathor is the Group Head of Digital Banking at HDFC Bank. He is designated as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), and is responsible for taking the Bank’s digital transformation journey to the next level. In his role, which cuts across all verticals at the Bank, Mr Rathor is responsible for enabling the adoption of digital technologies across the enterprise and the performance of digital channels.

Mr Rathor joined the Bank from Bharti Airtel Ltd, where he worked for 12 years and served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Bharti Airtel Consumer Business. Prior to Bharti Airtel, he had held leadership positions with organizations such as Boeing, Accenture, and Citicorp. Mr Rathore holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta.
