Mr Yuvaraj Srivastava is the Group Chief Human Resource Officer of MakeMyTrip Limited, India’s leading online travel company. He is responsible for strategy and execution of people processes for all three brands – MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and redBus. As part of the Leadership team, he oversees human resource planning, talent management practices, people development, organization effectiveness, employer branding & reputation, organizational culture and administration.

Yuvaraj is a strong believer in sustainability, and leads the functioning and operations of MakeMyTrip Foundation as one of its managing trustees. He holds an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad and is a graduate in Industrial Psychology from University of Allahabad.
