Vitarka the HR&IR Club of SIBM Pune organized a session to launch an event by One of Indias leading FMCG Company. The launch was done by an SIBM, Pune Alumnus of Batch 2011-13 at the Lavale Campus.

This event, initiated by one of Indias leading FMCG Company is a platform where the company aims to engage, enable and excite young HR Professionals, help provide an industry and academic two way interface, understand what students are looking for and also at the same time communicate to them what is the expectation of the industry. The event also aims to obtain student perspective on ER and IR matters in the form of a paper writing competition followed by a plant visit. The session was attende
by the HR Batch of 2015-17. The event was a great success thanks to the efforts of the Vitarka Team. SIBM, Pune students are now gearing up to participate in the ER and IR Paper writing competition.
