CMAT 2014: Dates announced, exams to start from Feb 20, 2014
The All India Council or Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the opening of registration for the national-level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission to management courses.
Despite all the surrounding controversies, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the opening of registration for the national-level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission to various MBA programmes. The registration date which started on November 01, 2013 will end on January 02, 2014. It will have a 5 day test window starting from February 20, 2014 to February 24, 2014.
Periodicity of CMAT
CMAT is conducted twice a year by AICTE for admissions in the management colleges across the country. As per the AICTE notification the results of the test will be out on March 14, 2014.
Eligibility
As per the AICTE notification graduates in any discipline or final year students of graduate courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for 2014, can apply for the CMAT online.

The CMAT test will consist of 4 parts, including Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. It would be a 3 hours long test.
