Karnataka PGCET 2018 (MBA) Exam Result is expected on July 31, 2018. After the PGCET 2018 result declaration, the counselling process will begin for allotment of seats in Government/ Government aided and management quota in B-schools affiliated to Universities in Karnataka.
The merit of the candidate, who appears for Post Graduate Common Entrance Test– 2018 for MBA and MCA Courses, will be determined separately for each course only on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test - 2018.
In case the merit of two or more candidates is the same, following factors will be considered to determine the merit position:
- The interse merit shall be determined with reference to the total aggregate marks obtained in the Qualifying examination
- Where the obtained marks are equal again, the interse merit shall be determined on the basis of the age of the candidate, wherein the elder candidate will be considered before the younger.
