IMI New Delhi: Students to learn Leadership Lessons from Maruti, IOCL, AXIS Bank, HCL on Nov 4

International Management Institute (IMI) New Delhi is organizing Leadership event in HR on November 4, 2017. The students will get the opportunity to learn leadership lessons from the HR and other department heads of IOCL, Maruti Suzuki, HCL Technologies, Axis Bank. Prof Debashis Chatterjee, Director General of IMI New Delhi and former Director IIM Kozhikode is to facilitate the round table discussion with HR and L&D Head of these top companies.

Session with Problem Solving Marathon
IMI New Delhi is organizing a marathon session of problem solving with the participation of L&D Head at IOCL Mr S K Bose; L&D Head at Maruti Suzuki Mr A D Burman; L&D Head at Axis Bank Mr Himanshu and HR Head at HCL Technologies Mr Anand.
All the HR Heads will be presenting the different type of typical problems with their experience which are faced at the work place and will present the case studies before the students and the students are proposed to be given 2 hours to work in groups and come up with alternate solutions.
