MDI Gurgaon organises leadership session for FSM, IIM L students

Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon organized aleadership session for students ofFMS, DSE & IIM Lucknow along withMDIStudents on November 19, 2013.

Jim Moffatt, CEO, Deloitte addressed the students on leadership skill in a session organized by Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon for the students of MDI,FMS, DSE & IIM Lucknow on November 19, 2013.
The main agenda of this event was to make students aware about nuances a leader should practice and how this can help them progress towards their future.

Speaking during the session, Jim Moffatt said, Innovation is no longer a good to have but a must have. Innovation is not a single word it is actually a combination of things. Its part ideation, and its part creativity. It is partly being bold; it is partly taking risks. It is part business and process. Its not just about being brilliant; you really have to work at it.

Jim also shared insights on the managementconsulting industry and his views on how the industry has been rapidly evolving over the past few years.

Jim Moffatt is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte Consulting). During his 25 years with Deloitte, Jim has steadily taken on new assignments and leadership roles in the
organization, with a focus on health care and companies in crisis.
