IMT Ghaziabad placement 2016: Average and highest salary up with more recruiters

Placement 2016 at IMT Ghaziabad has beaten its own records for the fourth consecutive year in terms of average salary, number of students placed, new companies and the speed with which students are being placed. IMT received 357 offers from 105 companies by the end of the placement week with the average packages of top 50, top 100 and top 150 students up by around 20% indicating that the quality as well as quantity of offers on campus are growing beyond imagination.

With 535 students including the students of flagship PGDM and DCP programs placed with an average pay package of Rs 10.8 lacs and highest pay package of Rs 21 lac, the B-school has recorded yet higher placement packages. Top recruiters include Microsoft, Google, LOreal, Accenture, SAP, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Britannia and PWC amongst others.

IMT Ghaziabad has been able to create a legacy of quality education and placements with 52 offers crossing Rs.15 lakhs and nearly 20 of them touching the 20 lakh figures.
With interest and support from corporates across the industry and verticals including consulting, automobiles, manufacturing, start-up, ecommerce and FMCG, IMT students have been lapped up by large firms including Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Accenture, SAP, JP Morgan, LOreal, Britannia, Deloitte, PWC, Credit Suisse, Novartis and other similar leading brands.

IMT Ghaziabad has also been able to attract the start-ups. The offers received from e-commerce companies have increased by 13% this year.
