Right from the beginning when he took over as Chairman AICTE, Dr Sahasrabudhe has been putting emphasis on encouraging entrepreneurship and start-ups in education institutions. During an exclusive interview with MBAUniverse.com he said, B-schools and engineering colleges focus merely on placements. The number of start-ups from B-school campuses is very few. We need to change this. ACITE has formulated a committee to recommend how we can promote Start-ups and Entrepreneurship in campuses. We will create an enabling environment for promoting entrepreneurship in our campuses very soon. http://www.mbauniverse.com/article/id/9561/AICTE
Keeping his commitment, Dr Sahasrabudhe has taken all steps to turn the dream true and enable the students to become as job providers instead of job seekers.
