BULMIM New Delhi Organized Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship Seminars

BULMIM has recently organized three important seminars namely Marketing, Finance and Entrepreneurship for the benefit of its students. The seminars were addressed by top corporate leaders to help students understand the various aspects and roles in career development.

Marketing Seminar
A marketing seminar titled “Managing Sales Effectiveness," was organized on 14th December 2019 in order to enlighten students about the management of sales and other related aspects. The speakers included Dr.Amit Pareenja, Group Associate Director- Human Resource Corporate HR, TATA Communications, Mr. J.S.Johar, Director- HORECA Sales, Veeba Foods & Ms.Sanam Sharma, Cluster Sales –Outward Remittances, Senior Manager, EBIXCASH."

Finance Seminar
A seminar on 'Contemporary Issues in Finance' was organized at the BULMIM campus on 16th November 2019. The seminar commenced with a Welcome Address by Dr. M. Durgamohan (Director, BULMIM). As part of the seminar, three distinguished speakers were invited to share their perspectives on various contemporary issues relevant to the modern corporate financial landscape. The invited speakers for the event were: Mr. D Vijay Kumar (GM Finance, Tata Consultancy Services), Mr. Shitanshu Shekhar Srivastava (Associate Director - Transactions Research, S&P Global Market Intelligence) and Mr. Tushar Mallarh (Risk Analyst, Ernst & Young).

Entrepreneurship Seminar
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management (BULMIM) organised a seminar on 'Entrepreneurship: Perspectives and Practices' on 23rd November 2019. The objective of the event was to introduce the sphere of entrepreneurship to students who are the prospective businesspersons of tomorrow. The event had three eminent speakers: Mr. Sanjay Kapoor, Startup coach and acquisition advisor, Mr. Pankaj Chopra, Investor with India Accelerator, and Mr. Harsh Vardhan Kothari, Successful businessman and Professor at DIAS, Delhi. The speakers spoke on various topics relating to entrepreneurship and had an interactive session with the students

BULMIM also organized "Alumni Meet" on 17th November 2019 for all its Alumni.
