MAT 2017 May exam is the gateway to MBA/PGDM programmes to more than 700 B-schools across the country including the 313 MBA colleges in AIMA list

The online as well as offline Registration process for Management Aptitude Test (MAT) May 2017 has been opened by AIMA for admission to MBA 2017-19 batch in 313 MBA colleges across the country.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) exam in May will be held both as paper based (PBT) and computer based (CBT) test. MAT in PBT form will be held in a single session on May 7 and the MAT in CBT form will be held from May 13 onwards. Candidates can apply online as well as offline to appear in either type of exam.

The last date for sale of offline registration/application forms for MAT 2017 May exam is April 25, 2017 and for submission of these May MAT 2017 application forms, the last date is April 28, 2017.

For online registration process of May MAT 2017 exam, the last date to download and submit the application form is April 28 and for submission of the May MAT 2017 online application forms the last date is also April 28. The registration and application fee for Offline or Online registration is Rs.1400/-.

May MAT 2017 Registration Schedule

Online Registration: May MAT 2017
For candidates who complete the Online Registration by

-- Uploading digital image of photograph,
-- Uploading digital image of signature, and
-- Online payment

Last Date for Online Registration:28 April 2017 (Friday)
(In this case, do NOT send the printout of the Registration Form. However, the candidate should retain a Printout of Registration Form for reference.)

Offline Registration: 2 Modes
May MAT 2017 offline registration can be completed by downloading and signing the printout of the application form or by purchasing the application form with brochure and filling it up. The schedule for such offline registration for MAT May 2017 exam is as follows-

-- For candidates who affix the photograph, fill the online form and sign the printout of May MAT 2017 Registration Form and make the payment through Demand Draft (DD) or Online, the last date for filling up the form is April 25, 2017.
-- For candidates who purchase the May MAT 2017 registration form make the payment through Demand Draft (DD) or make Online Payment, the last Date for Online Filling-up/ Purchase of Form is 25 April 2017 (Tuesday).
-- In both the cases cited above, the last Date for Submission of duly completed May MAT 2017 Registration Form at AIMA, New Delhi is 28 April 2017 (Friday)
-- In this case, you need to send the Printout of Registration Form along with the DD and the Printout of the Registration Form, if payment was made through DD.
-- In case the payment is made by DD for May MAT 2017 registration fee, the demand draft is to be prepared in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at New Delhi

Create login

New candidates applying for MAT 2017 May exam need to visit AIMA MAT website and click on New Candidate to Create Log in.

You have to fill the details to create Login. You must have a valid email ID for applying online. Press the button “Submit”. Once you fill the information in the form, it will not be changed.

The confirmation for the registration will also be sent on your email as entered in the form. Please note that the Email-ID and Date of birth as filled by you will be used to login to the website to fill the online application form.

Already Logged in; complete the process
There are candidates who have already registered and have been allotted registration number but have not completed the details in the form, not uploaded the image and have not paid the requisite fee to appear in May MAT 2017 exam. Such candidates should now login with their registered id, complete the on-line application form, upload images and make payment of Rs.1400/- towards registration and examination fee to appear in MAT May 2017 exam.

Make payment online to expedite the process
In the online registration process, you need to make payment with Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) payment or Demand draft. The candidates going for May MAT 2017 online registration will also have to upload the image of the photograph & signature in On-line application form.

Keep ready the required documents
Before starting to fill up the on-line application, keep ready with you the following details / documents / Information

-- Valid Email ID (the email should be valid for at least 1 year)
-- Personal details
-- Educational qualification details
-- Image of scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB
-- Image of scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB
-- Debit / Credit Card/Net Banking details in case making online payment.

MAT 2017 May exam is the gateway to MBA/PGDM programmes to more than 700 B-schools across the country including the 313 MBA colleges in AIMA list. AIMA has published a list of 313 MBA colleges who will accept May MAT 2017 scores for admission to their MBA/PGDM 2017-19 batch.

Besides, MAT 2017 scores would also be accepted by 400 MBA colleges in Maharashtra for admission to their 40000 seats through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) 2017. Accordingly, MAT 2017 exam scores will be considered for admission by more than 700 MBA colleges comprising 313 management institutes appearing in AIMA list and 400 MBA colleges of Maharashtra.

MAT 2017 May exam scores will remain valid for 1 year. This implies that candidates will be able to apply for next year MBA/PGDM programmes also on the basis of their May MAT 2017 exam scores.
