IIM Kozhikode PGP BL Admissions 2025
The admission process for IIM Kozhikode PGP BL Admissions 2025 is aimed at selected the most deserving candidates for this prestigious programme.

IIM Kozhikode PGP BL Eligibility

• Academic Qualification: Minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation in any discipline or a Post Graduation in any discipline. Candidates with professional qualifications such as CA/CMA(ICWA)/CS are eligible.
• Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' work experience after completion of graduation. Only full time remunerative work experience after graduation will be considered. Part – time/Project/Internship/Articleship/Pre-Graduation will not be considered as work experience. The cut-off date for work experience is march 31, 2025.
• MBA Entrance Exam Score: GMAT/GRE/CAT score of previous 3 years. IIMK PGP-BL code for GMAT is “D3Z-SQ-80” and for GRE is “ETS 4748”. Those students who are applying using the GMAT/GRE codes are required to send the scores directly to IIMK.

Stage 1: Registration of Candidates Meeting the Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Stage 2: Submitting Additional Personal Statement
The Stage 2 process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process in Stage 1. In keeping with the programme design and vision, IIM Kozhikode relies on intense process of conversational engagement to identify the final set of participants. As a part of the assessment, the candidate is required to submit an additional personal statement.

2. Alternative Resume Essay: In this alternative resume essay, IIMK gives the opportunity to the candidate to express about the “rest of their story” what the formal CV may not necessarily project and present themselves as a total person.

Stage 3: Shortlist to the Personal Interaction (PI)
The short-listed candidates will have to appear for a Personal Interaction with IIM Kozhikode representatives. During the PI process the panel will evaluate each candidate's performance, on the basis of quality and nature of work experience, diversity, leadership qualities, social sensitivity, and multi-dimensionality etc. Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to think critically will be among the key attributes that the panel will also seek in candidates.
