CAT Result 2024: Check Release Date, How to Download Score Card

Step-1: 

• Go to the CAT website iimcat.ac.in
• Login with your CAT Id and Password at ‘Login For Score Card CAT 2024’ window. Last year CAT Result Login Window is shown in the image below:

Step-2: 

• Now you can view and download your CAT 2024 score card. Check details
• Click on Download and your CAT Result score card is downloaded
• Take print of the CAT Result 2024. It contains your all the details, scaled and percentile scores

CAT 2024 Score card by means of SMS on your mobile phone will also be sent by IIMs after CAT Result declaration. The glimpse of your score card contains your sectional and overall score & percentile. To check your CAT result on Mobile, take following steps

• Open the CAT browser on the Mobile phone
• Type in the website name iimcat.ac.in
• Click on 'CAT 2024 scorecard'
• Enter your Registration ID and password
• Tap to Open and check your CAT Result

Your CAT Result 2024 contains the details of your CAT exam date and time in slot-1, slot-2, or slot-3, Sectional and overall scaled score, sectional and overall CAT percentile so that you may anticipate your call from the preferred B-school to which you have applied.

Following are the important CAT result related instructions issued by IIMs for the benefit of CAT 2024 exam takers regarding the CAT 2024 score card download:

• Only candidates who have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 are entitled to receive the score card. The print-out of the score card is for your information pertaining to CAT 2024. You will not receive score card by email or by post.
• The Scaled Scores of Section-1 (Verbal Ability & reading Comprehension); Section-2 (Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning) and Section-3 (Quantitative Ability) are not additive. The Overall Scaled Scores is based on the total raw scores earned by the candidate.
• Percentile refers to percentage of candidates who receive score less than or equal to the score obtained by the candidate.
• IIMs and Non-IIM member institutions independently decide how to use CAT 2024 scores on the basis of their own selection process. The scores are to be used only for selecting the candidates to their Post Graduate / Fellow Programme(s) in Management.
• All queries regarding post-CAT 2024 selection process must be directed to respective IIMs. CAT Centre will not answer post-CAT related queries.
• CAT 2024 score is valid until 31st December 2025 and is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility marks in the qualifying examination.

• •Shortlist some of the top B-schools and Apply (If the application is open)
• •Check IIMs shortlist. Top 3-4 IIMs like IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow announce the shortlist of candidates for final selection process very early
• •Check your mail box and respective IIM Admission link on its website
