IIM Lucknow Placement 2024: Average Salary Dips at Rs.30 LPA from Rs.32.20 LPA; Highest Salary Up at Rs.66 LPA; 576 Students get 634 Offers from 250 Companies

IIM Lucknow has completed 100% placement 2024 for the largest ever 38th PGP and PGP-ABM 2022-24 batch of 576 students and has registered average salary at Rs.30 LPA. While the highest domestic salary has gone up at Rs.66 LPA in 2024 from Rs. 55 LPA Last year, the highest International salary has gone down to Rs.45 LPA from Rs.65 LPA last year. 250 recruiters participated in IIM Lucknow placement 2024 and made 634 offers. Consulting firms -- Accenture, Deloitte India, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), McKinsey and Company were among the top recruiters in IIM Lucknow final placements 2024

Continuing the legacy of successfully placing 100 percent of the batch, this year also IIM Lucknow has placed all the students who participated in Placement 2024. The top segments based on roles offered were Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT and Analytics, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Retail E-Commerce with top recruiters from across the globe.

IIM Lucknow conducted the final Placements 2024 in two tiers. Tier-1 was Higher Entry Placement Process (HEPP) which was conducted for the students with 12 months or more of work experience. Tier-2 was the final placement process for all the students who were eligible to participate for company placement processes.

It may be noted that prior to 2020, IIM Lucknow did not provide its placement salary data which is now released by it. IIM Lucknow was established in 1984 and is the 4^th oldest IIM in the family of 20 IIMs. It came into being after IIM Ahmedabad, Calcutta and Bangalore. IIM Lucknow is one of top rated B schools in the country. In the Govt of India, MHRD NIRF Ranking 2023, IIM Lucknow is ranked #6 and in MBAUniverse.com ranking 2024 it is also ranked # 6.  In 2005 IIM Lucknow expanded its area of influence in management education by setting up a satellite campus for executive education at NOIDA in Delhi NCR making IIM Lucknow as the first IIM to set up such a campus in the country.
