IIM Lucknow Placements 2025 – Average Salary Up by 7.6% 

IIM Lucknow has announced that the highest domestic package (CTC) achieved for Placements 2025 is Rs 75 lakh. The highest international package (CTC) reached Rs 65 lakh. IIM Lucknow average salary 2025 stood at Rs 32.3 lakh. Last year, IIM Lucknow average salary 2025 was 30.00 LPA. This implies that IIM Lucknow average salary 2025 rose by 7.6%, when compared to last year. Check table below.

180 Companies participate in IIM Lucknow Placements 2025 

IIM Lucknow Placements 2025 was conducted in a hybrid format and saw participation from over 180 domestic and international recruiters. Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Kearney, Landmark Group, Lincoln International, Lodha Group, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Navi, OLA, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Target, Tata Administrative Services, and Zomato offered a wide range of roles at IIM Lucknow Placements 2025.

Several first-time recruiters including Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Javis, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, Mindsprint, NAFED, PhonePe, Purplle, TESCO, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, UKG, Vector Consulting Group and Walmart also participated in this year’s placements at IIM Lucknow.

IIM Lucknow has completed 100% placement 2024 for the largest ever 38th PGP and PGP-ABM 2022-24 batch of 576 students and has registered average salary at Rs.30 LPA. While the highest domestic salary has gone up at Rs.66 LPA in 2024 from Rs. 55 LPA Last year, the highest International salary has gone down to Rs.45 LPA from Rs.65 LPA last year. 250 recruiters participated in IIM Lucknow placement 2024 and made 634 offers. Consulting firms -- Accenture, Deloitte India, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), McKinsey and Company were among the top recruiters in IIM Lucknow final placements 2024

• Largest 38th PGP 2022-24 Batch Achieves 100% Placements with high Salary Packages
• Highest domestic salary has gone up at Rs.66 LPA in 2024 from Rs. 55 LPA last year

IIM Lucknow conducted the final Placements 2024 in two tiers. Tier-1 was Higher Entry Placement Process (HEPP) which was conducted for the students with 12 months or more of work experience. Tier-2 was the final placement process for all the students who were eligible to participate for company placement processes.

It may be noted that prior to 2020, IIM Lucknow did not provide its placement salary data. IIM Lucknow was established in 1984 and is the 4th oldest IIM in the family of 21 IIMs. IIM Lucknow is one of top rated B schools in the country. In the Govt of India, MHRD NIRF Ranking 2023, IIM Lucknow is ranked #6 and in MBAUniverse.com ranking 2024 it is also ranked # 6.  In 2005 IIM Lucknow expanded by setting up a satellite campus for executive education at NOIDA in Delhi NCR.
