1. What is IIM Indore IPM?
Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Indore, is a Dual Degree Programme for Young Students. IPM is a combination of 3 years undergraduate degree + 2 years MBA degree programme. The programme is meant for young students who have passed class 12 and have managerial and leadership aspirations. IPM carries the IIM Indore brand ensuring good career growth in management career. After 3 years of study schedule, the IPM students become the part of IIM Indore MBA/PGP batch leading to high placements.

IIM Indore 5 Year Integrated Program in Management also offers exit option after completion of 3 years with bachelor’s degree -  Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management). Those who continue for next two years also and complete the 5 year IPM programme are awarded Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree by IIM Indore. The IPM Placements at IIM Indore are conducted alongwith its MBA programme and are at par with its flagship programme.

3.1 Get IIM Indore MBA without Appearing in CAT: IIM Indore IPM is a Dual Degree Programme – BBA+MBA which you can pursue after passing class 12 and without appearing in CAT exam after completing 3 years of BBA degree.

3.2 Exit Option after 3 Years: The Exit option from IPM program is available after completion of 3 years with Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) degree awarded by IIM Indore.

3.3 Diverse Specializations: IIM Indore offers nine specialization areas to choose from, namely Economics, Finance & Accounting, Information systems, Marketing, Organization behavior & Human Resources, Operation management & Quantitative Techniques, Strategy, Communications, Humanities & Social Sciences

3.4 Himalaya Outbound Programme: IIM Indore conducts Himalaya outbound programme for the final year students.  While participants are adequately prepared for a corporate career, their ability to motivate themselves to perform in an unfamiliar ambience and work as a team is enhanced by encouraging them to undergo an outbound exercise and simulation conducted in serene locations at various altitudes in the Himalayas

3.5 Rural Immersion: Rural immersion programme is conducted to enable the participants to understand the social context in which organizations work and exist. An exposure to the rural settings of Madhya Pradesh is included in the course design

3.6 Experiential Learning with Industry Engagement: Students visit a company once a week in the fourth year of the Programme. They are required to carry out a study on various industries and key players in the industry. This enhances their exposure to organizations and provides them a backdrop for analysing the managerial contexts of different cases. The IPM final year of the new curriculum features a large number of domain concentrations which consist of both regular courses taught by industry faculty and workshop courses taught by industry practitioners.

3.7 Unique Programme Structure: A unique matrix based structure in final year wherein participants take 10% credits in ‘Industry Vertical Courses’ and 10% credits in ‘Functional Area Courses’ in addition to the general management credits.  

3.8 Skill Development: Skill Development Courses including Communication, Leadership, Spreadsheet Modeling, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation and Design Thinking and Sustainability are taught in a workshop-based format

IIM Indore IPM Fee for 5 years is Rs.38,19,355 for the batch 2023-28. The IPM course fee for resident Indians for the first three years of the IPM is Rs.17,05,133 and the Course fee for the fourth and fifth years would be as per prevailing Post Graduate Programme in Management - Master of Business Administration (MBA) fees. The current 2 years MBA fee at IIM Indore is Rs 21,14,222. The course fee includes accommodation/lodging, access to lectures, computer facilities and library.

IIM Indore successfully placed all students from its PGP and IPM batch of 2024. Over 150 recruiters participated, offering diverse opportunities for the graduating batch. The highest package offered stood at INR 100 LPA. The average package decreased compared to the previous year, settling at INR 25.68 LPA. The consulting cohort (25%) made the maximum number of offers, followed by the finance cohort (19%).

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore has successfully completed 100% final placement 2023 for its large batch of 568 participating students from the 2 Year flagship Post Graduate Program (PGP) 2021-23 and 5-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) 2018-23 program. In a first, IIM Indore student has registered the highest domestic package offered at Rs. 1.14 crores per annum, witnessing an exponential rise of 132.6% from the previous year. The average compensation offered too, this year has registered 20.8% increase and has gone up at Rs.30.21 LPA in placement 2023 from Rs.25.01 LPA last year. The median compensation has also gone up by 12.9% at Rs.27.20 LPA as compared to Rs.24.09 LPA last year.

IIM Indore completed final placement 2022 for its 572 participating students from the 5-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) 2017-22 program and 2 Year flagship Post Graduate Program (PGP) 2020-22 batch. Despite all the pandemic situation and economic slowdown, IIM Indore registered a 6% rise in average salary which has gone up at Rs.25.01 lakhs per annum in placement 2022 from Rs. 23.6 lakhs per annum last year. 6. IIM Indore IPM Eligibility

• IIM Indore IPM programme is aimed at students who have passed Class XII/Higher Secondary or equivalent from schools across India or are appearing in it this year. Key requirements for IIM Indore IPM Eligibility are:
• The Applicant should not be above 20 years of age. 
• IIM Indore IPMAT Eligibility Criteria require you to have passed class 12.
• If you had passed class 10 in 2020 or before you must have secured minimum 60% marks in it but if you passed it in 2021, there is no requirement for minimum percentage of marks.
• Students who are appearing in class 12 in 2023 or are waiting for result are also eligible to apply

7. IIM Indore IPM Application Process 
Candidates have to submit their application online for IIM Indore IPM Program through the IPM AT 2025 registration window which remains open for more than a month. The payment of IPM AT registration and application fee should also be done online. The IPM 2025 application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The application is available at IIM Indore IPM admission website.  

7.1 IPM Application Form 2025

• IPM Application form 2025 is available on official website of IIM Indore. 
• IPM Application form fee is Rs. 4,130/- (Rupees Four thousand one hundred thirty only) inclusive of GST for General, EWS and NC-OBC category candidates
• For  SC, ST and PwD category  candidates the IPM application form fee is Rs.2,065/- (Rupees Two thousand sixty five only) inclusive of GST

8. IIM Indore IPM Total Seats and Reservation Policy

• IIM Indore IPMAT seat intake for the IPM 2023-28 batch was 150 students. 
• As per the IPMAT Reservation Policy in accordance with Government of India requirement, 27% of the seats are reserved for Other Backward Classes candidates belonging to the “Non-Creamy” layer (NC-OBC); 15% for Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, up to 10% for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) and 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD).

9. IIM Indore IPM Admission 2025 Process 
IIM Indore IPM admission process has 5 steps which are shared below. The students will undergo a rigorous IIM Indore IPM selection process to get admission into IIM Indore IPM

Step 1-Register and Apply for IPMAT 2025: You need to register and apply for IPMAT exam which includes the IIM Indore IPM application form fee. The registration and application form is available at iimidr.ac.in/academic-programmes/five-year-integrated-programme-in-management-ipm
Step 2: Appear in Entrance Exam IPMAT: All the applicants have to appear in the IIM Indore IPMAT entrance examination, which tests the applicant’s aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in English and Mathematics as below:

Step 3: Shortlist for IIM Indore Selection Process
Those who clear the IPMAT exam cut offs will be shortlisted for IIM further rounds of IIM IPM Indore Counselling process. The shortlisted candidates on the basis of IPMAT need to appear for personal interviews. The eligible pool for Personal Interview (PI) is created considering only the candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum mark in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test.

Step 3.1 IIM Indore Cut offs for IPM admission 
The eligible pool for shortlisting for Personal Assessment (PA) is created considering only the candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum marks in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test.
The minimum IPM cut off marks in each section will be decided by the Admissions Committee
The minimum cut off marks in each section will be based on the categories of applicants
Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are rejected at this stage.
Expected category wise IPMAT cut off, out of 360 marks is as below.

Please note that it is the likely cut off based on analysis of the IPMAT exam difficulty level. Actual cut off may go up or down depending upon the parameters which are taken into account by IIM Indore for shortlisting and as shared below in the table

Step 3.2 Maximum Weightage to Sectional scores in Shortlisting
Sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) for each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST and PwD) using the merit list generated based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS) as mentioned below

The Maximum and Minimum scores are the highest and lowest scores obtained in respective sections by the candidates from the eligible pool.

Step 4: Personal Assessment Round
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in Personal Assessment round. The personal assessment/interview judges the following in Applicants

Persuasion skills and knowledge

IIM Indore also expects a consistent and minimum performance in the different parameters of Personal Interview, which will be decided by Admissions Committee. Candidates not meeting the minimum performance in any of parameters will not be considered for the next stage of selection process

Step 5: IIM Indore IPM BBA Admission 2025: Final Selection
Best 150 candidates who have done well in IPMAT, have good academics, perform well in personal interview, will be granted IIM Indore IPM BBA Admission 2025. The final selection in IIM Indore IPM BBA Admission will be based on Composite Score. Category wise merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS) as mentioned below
