4. SJMSoM IIT Bombay MBA Placements
The final placement process for the IIT Bombay MBA Final Placement 2022-24 was a resounding success, achieving 100% placements. A total of 48 recruiters, including 11 new organizations, offered rich job roles. Notable recruiters included J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, TAS, Kearney, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Hindustan Unilever, Amazon, P&G, Google Analytics, Asian Paints, Marico, PwC, Reliance Industries Ltd, Adani Enterprises Ltd., and others. IIT Mumbai Placement 2024 Highlights
The batch size was 115 students, out of which 112 participated in the placement process. The average CTC stood at Rs 28.01 LPA, while the median CTC was Rs 29.31 LPA. The highest CTC offered was Rs 72.00 LPA. Women participants achieved a higher average CTC of Rs 30.71 LPA. Top 25% of the students secured an average CTC of Rs 38.29 LPA, with the top 50% achieving Rs 33.82 LPA.
Sector-Wise Performance
- •BFSI and Conglomerates: Companies such as Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Reliance, and Adani offered roles in investment banking, strategy, and general management. This sector accounted for 23% of placements.
- •Consulting: Leading firms like Accenture Strategy, Deloitte USI, Kearney, and PwC hired students for roles in M&A, financial, and strategy consulting, making up 19% of the placements.
- •IT and E-commerce: Prominent recruiters such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Wipro offered profiles in analytics, product management, and supply chain management, contributing 19% of the total placements.
- •FMCG/FMCD: Esteemed organizations like P&G, Britannia, and Asian Paints recruited students for roles in sales and marketing, operations, and IT, constituting 18% of the placements.
- •Pharma and Others: Companies including Dr. Reddy’s and United Breweries provided opportunities in product management and operations, representing 21% of placements.
5. IIT Bombay MBA Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
IIT Bombay MBA Eligibility for admission to MBA Programme 2025-27 are:
- •Admission is open to graduates from all disciplines.
- •Calid CAT Score. No CAT Cut Offs have been announced.
- •Bachelor degree with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) out of 10 from institutions/universities.
- •Candidates in final year of the degree and those awaiting results can also apply. The admission will be subject to candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
