Established in the year 2008, Rajagiri Business School (RBS) is part of Rajagiri Group of Institutions and functions as an autonomous institution. To equip students with the right conceptual foundation, analytical skills and knowledge application ability, the curriculum at RBS is kept relevant with the dynamics of the changing business environment. The emphasis is on experiential learning and holistic development. Case method, simulation and lectures are the chief pedagogical tools used at the School.
PGDM is a two-year full-time programme spread over six trimesters and a summer internship. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized as equivalent to MBA Degree of an India University by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Launched in the year 2008, the PGDM programme is designed on the principle that a proper balance of theory and practice is required for effective decision-making and problem-solving in a globalized environment. The programme aims at the development of a well-rounded person with the right balance of leadership skills and social responsibility. The curriculum which is designed to develop in students a capacity to think, to learn, to innovate and to apply what they learn in real life situations, is kept relevant with the dynamics of the changing business environment.
PGDM offers dual specialization and students have the freedom to select the courses of their choice from a wide variety of electives in the second year. Students can also choose from non-credit add-on and certification courses, to suit their individual preferences.
