XAT 2018 Admit card download: 5 key things to check; don’t leave the download for last day

Have you completed the process of XAT 2018 Admit card download, taken print and checked all the details and kept your documents ready as per the instructions in XAT admit card? If not, download your XAT 2018 admit card now without waiting for the XAT exam date of January 7, 2018.

Please note that your XAT 2018 Admit Card is your passport to the XAT exam centre on XAT exam date on January 7, 2018. If you do not have the hard copy of your XAT admit card affixed with your photograph on it, you will not get entry to the XAT exam centre. There is no point to wait for the last day for XAT 2018 admit card download and run here and there to complete your documents. How to download XAT 2018 Admit Card

• Go to XAT 2018 website
• At login page enter XAT ID and password to view and download the XAT 2018 Admit Card

In case XAT 2018 Admit card download fails

• Try after 10-15 minutes
• Try during off peak hours for example late night/early morning

Enter DoB in correct format
Your date of birth, if entered incorrectly may be rejected by XAT exam site. So make sure that:

• You are entering the correct date of birth as filled in the XAT registration form
• Format to enter Date of Birth is DD-MM-YY

Check your login
If you are not able to login, check that

• You are entering the XAT registered id and password that you received at the time of XAT registration
• Your payment for XAT registration fee was successful
• Contact XAT 2018 help desk in case problem still persists

5 Key details to check in XAT Admit Card
You must check all the details meticulously in XAT Admit Card 2018 as under:

1. Your XAT Registration number
2. Your name, date of birth, as you entered at the time of XAT application submission
3. Name & Address of allotted exam centre, time & date of XAT 2018 exam
4. Important exam day instructions for XAT 2018 exam. 
5. Required documents at exam centre like your photo id proof in original, affixing photo on XAT Admit card among others.

Visit your XAT exam centre one day before
Please read the instructions given on the XAT 2018 Admit card carefully and carry only the required documents to the exam centre. It will be better in your own interest to visit the XAT exam centre one day before and understand how to reach there, time consumed in travelling and other details to avoid last minute panic on the exam day.

Take print of XAT Admit Card
It will be better to take 2 prints of your XAT 2018 admit card. Keep one with your other mandatory documents which you will have to carry to the exam centre and other with you so that in case of any query you may instantly refer to it.

Carry XAT Admit Card on exam day
Please note that XAT 2018 Admit Card is a mandatory document and is required to appear in the exam. You must bring a print out of your Admit Card to the exam centre with your photo fixed on it in the given space.

XAT 2018 on January 7, 2018 is the first online computer based exam in the history of XAT, conducted by XLRI for the past more than 60 years. Missing or anything wrongly mentioned in the XAT Admit card may bleak your chances on admission in top B-schools.

There is no facility to send your XAT Admit card in hard copy and unless otherwise notified, the facility to download XAT 2018 Admit card is to close on January 7, 2018. So ensure to take all the steps and follow all the checks that each and everything is correctly mentioned in your XAT 2018 Admit card.

Don’ts in XAT Admit card
Since XAT 2018 is an online exam, you should not carry any prohibited stationery items mentioned in your XAT Admit card.

Calculators, electronic watches, any other digital or electronic devices are not allowed inside the testing room on XAT exam day. 

XLRI has already announced that the level of difficulty of the questions has also been carefully designed. In order to enable students to attempt as many questions as possible and encourage them to demonstrate all-round skills, the difficulty level of the questions has been brought down in XAT.
