The programme comprises 40+ new-age core and elective courses and 10 Essential Skills and Perspective (ESPs) courses for Job readiness.

Scholarships and Financial Aid
1. Badruka School of Management Scholarship for Excellence (BSMSE)
The scholarship encourages the holistic development of students and motivates them to focus on extracurricular activities and academics.
The scholarship will be awarded to two students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, extracurricular achievements, attain good scores in management entrance examinations, and attain top scores in BSM’s admission process.
The Badruka School of Management Scholarship for Excellence (BSMSE) is a 100% tuition fee waiver and will be awarded each year of the 2-year PGDM programme.
2. Merit and Means Based Scholarship
The Merit and Means Based Scholarship offers a tuition fee waiver of up to 50% and is awarded annually throughout the 2-year PGDM program
3. AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver
Badruka School of Management follows the AICTE guidelines. The scholarship focuses on offering quality education to students with financial constraints based on AICTE guidelines.
4. Diversity Scholarship
This scholarship aims to foster a vibrant and varied network of future management experts. We seek to empower individuals who bring unique perspectives and experiences to the classroom, and the workplace. It will be granted to outstanding candidates, including women, individuals identifying with non-binary genders, students from regions traditionally underrepresented in management education, and those with physical disabilities in line with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Our goal is to cultivate a diverse cohort of trailblazers who will lead advancements in business and management and make meaningful contributions to society’s growth and development.
