CAT 2021 Notification Released: Exam on Nov 28; Check Key Information on Registration Dates, Exam slots, Application Fee

IIM Ahmedabad, which is conducting CAT 2021 exam, has released the CAT 2021 official notification on August 1, 2021. MBAUniverse.com was the first media platform in the country to break this news on July 30. CAT 2021 Notification contains all the important details on CAT exam. Along with the CAT Notification release IIM Ahmedabad has launched the official CAT 2021 website. CAT Exam Testing Mode will remain same and the exam will be held in three sessions. However, IIM Ahmedabad has cautioned that all dates are subject to COVID pandemic situation.

Prior to official CAT notification release, the image of CAT notification with all the details was circulating in social media on July 31 without any authenticity about it. MBAUniverse.com contacted the CAT 2021 convener about the genuineness of the CAT notification making rounds before official release but could not get response.

• CAT 2021 Notification contains CAT exam date and exam sessions. If you are applying for IIFT entrance exam or NMAT by GMAC, check whether the dates of CAT 2021 exam clash with other exams. You can reschedule your NMAT exam date in case of such clash.

• There are 20 IIMs. You will need to fill up the name of each IIM and its preferred programme in order of preference when you begin to complete the registration process. Choosing the preferred programme and preferred IIM is a difficult process and consumes more of your time when you begin completing your registration form. It is advisable to go through the IIM programmes and note down your choice in order of preference so that you may quickly complete the registration process without any wastage of time
