CAT 2022 result out now! IIM Bangalore has released CAT 2022 result on December 21, 2022 at 5 PM instead of earlier announced CAT result date of second week of January. You can download your CAT Score card 2022 from official CAT website iimcat.ac.in in a single click after login with your CAT ID and password.

CAT 2022 Result Released: Key Highlights
CAT Result 2022 is released and you can Download CAT Score Card 2022 from official CAT website. Key highlights of CAT 2022 Result release are:

• Number of CAT Toppers with 100 Percentile Increase: There are 11 candidates who have scored 100 percentile in CAT 2022. Last year 9 candidates scored 100 percentile in CAT 2021 result
• 1 Non-Engineer among CAT Toppers 2022: Out of the 11 CAT 100 percentilers, 1 candidate is from Non-Engineering back ground while 10 are engineers
• No Female scored 100 Percentile: All the candidates who scored 100 percentile in CAT 2022 are male like last year in CAT 2021.
• 22 including One Female Scored 99.99 Percentile: 22 candidates have scored 99.99 percentile including one female. Among them 16 are Engineers and 6 are Non Engineers. Last year all the 19 candidates with 99.99 percentile were Male.
• 22 including Three Female candidates, score 99.98 Percentile: 22 Candidates have scored 99.98 percentile in CAT 2022 including 3 women candidates. Out of them 16 are engineers and 6 are non engineers. Last year 19 candidates scored 99.98 percentile.

  How to Download CAT Result 2022?  Complete the Process in 3 Steps
  The steps to have access to CAT Score card 2022 and download CAT Result 2022 are:

• Step-1: Visit CAT website iimcat.ac.in and click on ‘CAT 2022 Score Card Download’ at home page
• Step-2: At the Login window, you should login with your registered CAT id and password as existing user
• Step-3: Click on ‘download score card’. Now you can view and download your CAT score card. After downloading the CAT result 2022, it is suggested to take print of your score card for CAT Result 2022. Your CAT score card contains your scaled and percentile scores.

  IIM Bangalore Accepted 2 Objections on CAT 2022
  After the conduct of the CAT on the 27th November 2022, the Objection Management Exercise was opened during 01st to 04th December 2022. The CAT Centre received around 113 objections across 3 sections and 3 shifts. The panels of subject experts for CAT 2022 reviewed all the objections which were received during this window. In Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR) section 2 objections were accepted and one question in DILR section in each Shift 2 and Shift 3 was not evaluated. This reduced the maximum available score in CAT result and helped in boosting the candidates’ percentile.

  IIMs to Release Shortlist Now
  All the 20 IIMs and other top MBA colleges have announced their admission criteria. While IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta will release their shortlists in a day or two with the release of CAT result now, other IIMs will announce their shortlists after a few days. IIMs will now release their shortlists for subsequent admission processes based on, among other things, the CAT 2022 scores. 88 non-IIM institutions will also use CAT 2022 scores this year for admission into their management programmes.   IIM Bangalore conducted CAT exam on November 27, 2022 in three slots in 154 test cities and more than 293 test centres. Around 2.22 lakh candidates appeared for the exam out of 2.55 lakhs registered eligible candidates. The overall attendance was approximately 87%.
