• The selection for admission will be based on CAT 2018
• The application will be considered as accepted after the completion of entire application form

DTU MBA Business Analytics Eligibility Criteria for Admission 2019
DTU MBA Business Analytics eligibility criteria for admission require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Graduation with at least one paper in mathematics/statistics and have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university/institution

• A key criterion for DTU MBA Business Analytics eligibility is that the candidate should have taken CAT 2018 exam. The University may decide an appropriate cut-off percentile of CAT 2018 score to invite the candidates for Personal Interview
• Applicants appearing for final year degree examination can also apply. However, if selected, they will have to produce the proof of eligibility like completion of their graduation with minimum 50% marks and other criteria before September 30, 2019
• A relaxation of 10% in marks to SC/ST/PWD candidates shall be given in DTU MBA Business Analytics eligibility criteria. 

DTU MBA Business Analytics Admission Process
The DTU MBA Business Analytics Admission Process consists of two-steps. The first one is the shortlisting criteria and the second one is the final selection criteria in the DTU MBA Business Analytics admission process.

While the shortlisting criteria in the DTU MBA Business Analytics admission process is based on CAT 2018 score, the final selection criteria will be based on joint CAT and Personal Interview scores.

Step-1 of DTU MBA Business Analytics Admission Process: Shortlisting Criteria
The first part on DTU MBA Business Analytics Admission Process will shortlist the candidates for Personal Interview. PI round covers the document verification process also. The Shortlisting criteria will be as under:

• Applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in CAT 2018

• DTU will consider aggregate scores as well as sectional scores in quantitative and verbal ability section of the applicants in the CAT entrance exam for shortlisting and selection.

Merit list for admission shall be prepared on the basis of combined scores of the following components with weightages as given below:

• In case of tie in the final merit list, the candidate with higher overall CAT percentile shall be ranked higher
• In case of tie in overall CAT percentile, the candidate shall be ranked according to the CAT percentile score in Quantitative Ability, and in case of further tie, the CAT percentile score in Verbal Ability will be used
• If there is still a tie, date of birth of candidate will be used, and older candidate will be given preference.
• The University may invite fresh applications against vacant seats,if any, by following an alternative admission criterion, to be announced with a fresh call for admission to remaining seats

Required Documents for Verification
All the applicants who get shortlisted for participating in the selection process are to submit one set of self-attested documents as per the following sequence at the time of Personal Interview and counselling.

• Print-out of the online application form duly signed by the candidate
• Degree and Marks sheet of the qualifying examination
• Printout of CAT Score Card
• Date of Birth Certificate as indicated in High School or equivalent examination for example Class X
• Reserved category / sub-category Certificates, if applicable

Although No minimum cut offs in the DTU MBA Business Analytics admission process have been prescribed, the University has specified “The University may decide an appropriate cut-off percentile of CAT score to invite the candidates for Personal Interview”.

University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME) is a constituent of globally recognized Delhi Technological University (DTU) Delhi.
