The Class of 2018 has witnessed a 14% increase in average starting salaries at INR 25 lakhs, as compared to the INR 22 lakhs for the previous batch. The highest salary recorded in Placement 2018 stood at Rs. 41 lakhs.
Top recruiters at SP Jain Global in Placement 2018 include multinationals such as Google, Deloitte, Caterpillar, Cedar, Cummins, Danzas ME, Everstone Capital, IMV, ITC Infotech, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Protiviti Consulting, Quantum Inventions, Standard & Poor’s and Westcon.
Dr. Balakrishna Grandhi, Dean of the School’s Postgraduate Programs attributes this success to the School’s unique tri-city educational model that has proven to transform its students from aspiring business managers to 21st century global business leaders and said, “We focus on creating relevant talent for modern companies. Placements Spread Globally
India has emerged as the top recruiter in Placement 2018 for SP Jain Global with 43% placements followed by UAE with 41% Placements. 12% students have been placed in Singapore and 2% each have been placed in Germany and Austratia.
A recent graduate from the SP Jain’s Global MBA program of December 2017, was placed at Google’s Gurgaon office. Speaking of the skills he developed through the School’s tri-city exposure, he shares, “The Global MBA program helped me develop the specific global skills and competencies modern companies, like Google, focus on. Sector & Domain-Wise Placements
Consulting has emerged as the top recruiting sector with 34% placement followed by Information Technology with 25% share in Placement 2018 at SP Jain Global. Financial service have contributed 7% share in Placement. FMCG; Oil & Gas; Research; Logistics have contributed 5% each followed by Construction material with 4% in placement 2018.
Other sectors like Manufacturing, Machinery, Commercial Services, Food & Beverages, Education have contributed 2% share each in placement 2018.
