TISS Mumbai Completes M.A. HR & LR Placements 2023 with 13.6% Rise in Average Salary at Rs.27.22 LPA; Deloitte, Asian Paints, ITC, Kotak hire big

Achieving yet again 100% placements for its Master of Arts (Human Resource Management & Labour Relations) 2021-23 batch, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai has broken all previous salary records in final placements. Proving again its high RoI status, the highest salary at TISS for the M.A. HRM & LR 2021-23 batch has increased by 16.42% at Rs. 49 LPA and the average salary has gone up by 13.56% at Rs.27.22 LPA. Total 66 students participated in TISS final placements 2023 and out of them 27 students received Pre-Placement offers (PPOs).

Top recruiters that participated in TISS placements 2023 included Accenture, Accenture Strategy, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Deloitte India, Flipkart, HUL, ITC, Korn Ferry, Marico, Nestle, TAS among others. Deloitte made highest number of offers followed by Asian Paints, ITC, and Kotak Mahindra. FMCG/FMCD, followed by Consulting, Conglomerates, and Engineering/Technology emerged as the top recruiting sectors in TISS Placements 2023.

It may be noted that TISS offers its M.A. HRM & LR program at a very low fee of Rs.1.89 lakhs while the placements go many times higher and are at par with top IIMs and other top B-schools.
