4. XIME Bangalore Admission Process 2025: Key Highlights
XIME admits students with a proven calibre to perform. Admission process to the PGDM programme is facilitated through a rigorous selection process which requires highly competitive entrance exam scores, performances in GD-PI and other criteria. Following steps are included in the XIME Admission process:

Step 1: XIME Bangalore Admission Eligibility includes taking MBA entrance tests. Candidate must have appeared in one of the eligible entrance tests scores of which are accepted by XIME Bangalore. Acceptable exam scores are CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA.

Step 2: The candidate should apply to XIME Bangalore online before the deadline. Application Fee for 1st preference is Rs.2000/-. There will be an additional application fee of Rs. 250/- if you choose to have a 2nd preference. The application fee is nonrefundable. 

Step 3: Complete and submit the XIME Bangalore application form by the last date. 

Step 4: Candidates are short-listed for Group Discussion & Personal Interview (PI) round from among the eligible candidates who have a valid entrance exam score and have applied to the programme of XIME Bangalore.

4.3 XIME Bangalore Shortlisting Criteria
The first part of XIME Admission criteria is the shortlisting criteria before final selection round. XIME Bangalore will shortlist the candidates on the basis of following parameters:

• XIME will consider aggregate scores and not sectional scores of the applicants in the acceptable entrance exams for shortlisting.
• XIME will short-list the candidates for GD/PI round based on their best available test scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA.
• Applicants may submit more than one entrance test score. XIME will consider the best test score for shortlisting.

4.4 XIME Bangalore Final Admission Selection Round Criteria
Post short-listing on the basis of available scores, applicants will be called for the final selection round (PI Round)

• All the shortlisted candidates are eligible to go through the GD/PI round
• Final selection is based on entrance exam score, Academic Performance, Work Experience, performance in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)

• XIME eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• The candidate should have appeared in at least one of the eligible entrance exams
• A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply
