JAGSoM final selection process has following steps:
Step 1 – Psychometric Test: Shortlisted candidates will receive an email with a link to the JAGSoM-prescribed Psychometric Test. This test evaluates individual strengths, weaknesses, inclinations, and abilities to determine their suitability for business studies and future careers. The Psychometric Profile generated provides insights into the candidate’s potential career alignment, helping them make informed decisions about their future.

Step 2 – Admission Selection Process (ASP) Registration: After completing the Psychometric Test, candidates must confirm their ASP slot from options provided across multiple Indian cities. The ASP slot confirmation email contains details and instructions for the process. Candidates must report 15 minutes prior to their confirmed ASP slot.

Step 3 – Personal Interview (PI): Each candidate undergoes a Personal Interview to assess their alignment with JAGSoM’s values.
