On the other hand, in B2C, the challenge is to succeed in organized retail and growing rural markets. Sales jobs have also become more data driven with rapid technological progress. At the senior and middle level, sales managers need to make decisions based on sophisticated tools and manage a sales team that is more materialistic and achievement oriented.

Eligibility: A Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks (final year students may also apply. There admission will be cancelled if they obtain less than 50% in their graduation).

Stage-I: MBA Entrance Exams (Accepted): CAT 2019, XAT 2020 & GMAT (2018 & 2019)

Stage II Shortlisting: TAPMI follows a profile based shortlisting consisting of valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores + work experience + academic profile.

Stage II Process: Written Ability Test + Group Discussion + Personal Interview+Team Activity

Final Selection: Final selection of the candidate is based CAT/XAT/GMAT (Overall Percentile) + Verbal Ability Percentile + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score + TA score.
