The PGDM (Entrepreneurship and Family Business) Program has six trimesters, spread over two years, with a summer internship project and immersion with Incubator and Accelerator with scheduled at the end of Year I. In the first two trimesters participants complete fourteen core courses, followed by two core and four flexi core courses in trimester III. In Year II of the program participants complete eight elective and dissertation, apart from completing two core courses. The Entrepreneurship Development Program with successful alumni entrepreneurs who will give practical guidance on setting and scaling up companies. Personal Leadership Program, aimed at preparing students to discover their leadership potential to make a mark in the world. This is more about discovering self.
IILM offers specializations in Year II in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Family Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Technology, Organizational Effectiveness, Data Analytics and General Management. While Year I aims at developing team skills, Entrepreneurship and leadership capability, communication skills, and managerial effectiveness, Year II focuses on equipping students develop domain specific skills that enhances their effectiveness as entrepreneurs or family business leaders.
IILM Incubation Centre actively engages in connecting students with potential venture capitalists and angel investors and collaborators. At the end of two years, participants will be developing an idea into business plan and pitching to Angel investors and venture capitalists to get the project funded and also get a place in incubator to get the start up going.
The ultimate aim of the programme is to nurture leaders who will go on creating innovation driven enterprises. IILM prepares and motivates budding entrepreneurs to start their entrepreneurial journey and realize their dreams. We create future ‘Game Changers’ by fostering the entrepreneurs with 3 Cs – Content, Context, and Contacts – that enable them to design and launch successful start-ups. We encourage students to set reasonable expectations for themselves and steer clear of the frequent pitfalls of starting their own businesses. Teaching pedagogy includes interaction, discussion, and learning from successful industry alumni, round table conferences, peer networking, industry visits, live projects, case discussions, etc. We also frequently conduct business plan competitions to showcase the best ideas for new businesses and give the winning ideas funding for their launch.

IILM Lodhi Road Delhi Admission 2025 Application Submission: Applicants can submit the application form online and offline on Campus. Online application form is available at www.iilm.edu/lodhiroad along with the non-refundable admission processing fee of 1100/. The IILM Delhi admission application fee can be paid through Credit Card/ Debit Card/Bank Transfer through the designated payment gateway. Applicants can also fill the form on the day of Personal Interview. Aspiring applicants should apply to the Admission’s Office through the duly filled in Application Form available online & offline. Alongwith the application form, you need to submit self attested photocopies of all required documents including Class X Mark Sheet, Class XII Mark Sheet, Graduation Mark Sheet (latest year if final year is not available), CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT Score Card, if appeared, Two Recent Passport Size Photographs, Identity Proof (AADHAR card preferable) issued by Govt. of India, Updated Resume in case of working professional

Final Merit List in IILM Institute for Higher Education Admission 2025: Final Selection List would be declared on announced dates. Applicants who are selected will be made an offer of admission. The offer letter will be sent to their email id. Selected applicants must confirm their admission by paying the Registration Fee (as per Fee Structure) within the stipulated time, failing which; the admission offer will stand cancelled.
