SIES Mumbai PGDM is a 24-month full time program covered over six trimesters ensuring that the students are thoroughly skilled in at least one functional area while having more than a fundamental working knowledge of another. The PGDM course seeks to enhance the students learning by offering knowledge-building projects in each semester, while fine-tuning their leadership, communication and inter-personal skills.
A 2-week induction course is conducted for all the participants. The objective of this capsule is to ensure that all the students start off at the same level in terms of the minimum knowledge required to grasp the forthcoming lectures.
The PGDM Curriculum contemporary syllabus updated every year through a panel of experts. An induction module is conducted at the beginning of the program. Specializations are offered in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations & systems. The program has Regular and Quality based corporate integration in terms of Seminars, Workshops, Guest Lectures, Visiting Faculty, Corporate Interaction Series and Concurrent Projects. The program curriculum consists of Leadership development programs, Personality development programs, Entrepreneurial development programs, Foreign language (Business German) as an optional subject, Mandatory annual NGO project aimed at making the students socially sensitive corporate managers. The program fosters and nurtures a research environment and mentality in the students aimed at sharpening their analytical skills.

All candidates applying to the Institute and meeting the AICTE Criteria of minimum 50% in Graduation and having taken any one of the recommended tests as per AICTE will be called for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview Process.
Personal Interviews will be based on-
a. Technical Interview: These interviews test your basic knowledge basis information provided in your Application Form and look into your overall understanding of the business environment.
b. Competency based In Interview: Competency or behavioural interviews are based on the assumption that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour. The interviewer will want specific examples of when and how you demonstrated behaviours.
SIESSBS believes in the ‘Holistic Selection Process’ while selecting students considering their past academic records, extra-curricular activities, work experience, if any, marks obtained in all India qualifying exams and the selection process of the institution. However, due weightage is given to all the given parameters as per the AICTE guidelines. The final selection of the candidates to the program will depend on the total score:
