NIA Pune final selection round consists of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. All the shortlisted candidates must appear in GD-PI round. The final selection of the candidates will be based on weightages of MBA entrance score (CAT,XAT,CMAT), performance in GD and PI, consistent academic record, Work experience.
