MAT Exam Important Dates include the last date to apply for MAT exam and all other complete MAT important Dates 2019 beginning from the MAT Registration start date to MAT Result Date. The most important MAT exam date is MAT May exam Phase-1 Paper Based Test date which was May 5, 2019 followed by another MAT 2019 important date for Computer Based MAT exam which is May 18, 2019 and phase -2 paper based May MAT 2019 which is also May 18.

 

Since last year, AIMA has started conducting two paper based MAT exams. Therefore, the third important MAT exam date for Phase-2 Paper Based MAT is May 18, 2019.

MAT 2019 Important Dates: Exam Schedule
AIMA is conducting May MAT Phase -1 paper based and Phase-2 paper based & computer based exam with a gap of more than one week. MAT 2019 Exam Dates and Important Dates to remember for MAT exam are the last date to apply for MAT Exam, last date for MAT Admit Card download and the most important MAT dates 2019 are the MAT exam dates 2019.

 

There are two paper based May MAT 2019 exams and one computer based MAT exam. AIMA has announced the MAT exam date for phase-2 paper based test which is scheduled a day after the Computer based MAT exam. The paper based MAT exam in both the phases is held in a single session from 10AM to 12.30 PM, while the computer based MAT test is held in different time slots.

 

MAT Exam 2019 Important Dates & Application Options

One of the key features in MAT 2019 May exam is that the Candidates are allowed to take all the combinations of MAT exams in the month of May 2019 itself for MBA admission 2019:

  1. Appear in Either of the Two MAT Exams: One Paper Based Exam on May 5 or One Computer Based Exam on May 18
  2. Appear in Both Paper Based MAT Exams: Phase-1 on May 5 as well as Phase-2 on May 19
  3. Appear in Phase-1 Paper Based + Computer Based MAT Exam: You can opt for paper based MAT exam on May 5 and computer based MAT exam on May 18

MAT 2019 Important Date: A day before exam date Activity

  • Check if you have taken Print of your MAT Admit card on an A4 size paper.
  • Check if you have pasted your photograph on MAT 2019 admit card. If not, paste the identical photograph as uploaded at the time of registering for MAT 2019 at the indicated place.
  • Please note that MAT Admit Card is valid only if the candidate's photograph and signature images are legibly printed.
  • Keep the MAT Admit Card ready to carry on MAT exam date with you. MAT Admit card is to be produced for verification at the time of the test.
  • Keep ready at least one original (not photocopied or scanned) valid (not expired) photo identification card. This ID is needed to be produced for verification at the MAT Exam centre on the MAT 2019 exam date.
  • Valid and acceptable Photo IDs are: College ID, Employer ID, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Identification Affidavit). The candidate's photograph and  signature should be legibly printed and visible on the photo ID card and should match the name on Admit Card. The Photo ID card should not be damaged or smudged.
  • Locate your February MAT 2019 test centre and its accessibility a day before the test so that you can reach the centre on time on the MAT exam date.

MAT 2019 Exam Date Important Activity: Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s

  • Arrive at the MAT exam centre on the MAT exam date at least 60 minutes before the commencement of the MAT exam
  • Only Admit Card & Photo ID Card, pen & pencil, eraser, are allowed inside the MAT test hall. Nothing else is permitted.
  • Allow PwD candidates to get into test centre first as they will get priority entry

Don’ts

  • Do not carry Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, watches, calculators, other items, papers, wallets, goggles or similar such things as they are not allowed inside the test hall on MAT exam date.
  • Don’t carry valuables on MAT exam date to MAT exam centre. There is no facility for safekeeping of your personal belongings outside the test hall and MAT Centre is not responsible for its loss.
  • Don’t ask your friends and relatives to accompany you as they will not be allowed inside the test centre.

Locating your Seat on MAT Date
You should check first and locate your designated seat and test room at the entry point of MAT test centre on the MAT exam date. The Testing room and seat can be located with your roll number/registration number allotted to you. For any correspondence with AIMA regarding MAT exam, you must provide your Registration Number.

Before you enter the MAT testing hall, use the wash room as you may not be able to go to wash room during the MAT exam duration.
