How to Apply for Admission
Application for PGDM Admission 2019 at IBA Bangalore should be filled up and submitted online at the institute’s website by making payment of application fee of Rs.750/- and then send the hard copy to IBA Bangalore. The Application process is shared below:

  • Step-1: Start the Online Application form by filling the personal details. Students will receive an email having their User ID and Password on their registered primary email id for the future reference.
  • Step-2: Fill up academic details from class 10 onwards
  • Step-3: Fill in details about your work experience, if any
  • Step-4: Enter details about family background. Enter all the information regarding parent's / guardian’s address, email ID, telephone number, and mobile number 
  • Step-5: Enter the details of entrance score.
  • Step-6: Make payment of application fee of Rs.750/- online. Application Fee can be paid through Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft.
  • Step-7: After completely filling the Online form you need to take a printout of the filled in Application Form and send it along with self-attested photocopies of all the relevant documents.

IBA Bangalore Admission Criteria
IBA look at overall performance of an aspirant like marks in 10th, 12th and Bachelor Degree. Whether aspiring students has other interests like sports, dance and other extracurricular activities, etc. Personal Interview plays an important role in selection process and aspirants are advised to prepare well for the Personal Interviews.

The IBA Bangalore Admission Criteria 2019 is a two step process involving the Shortlisting criteria based on entrance exam score & SOP and the Final admission selection Criteria based on other key components apart from entrance exam score:

1. IBA Bangalore Shortlisting Criteria
The first part of IBA Admission criteria is the shortlisting criteria before final selection round. IBA Bangalore will shortlist the candidates on the basis of following parameters:

  • IBA will consider both aggregate scores and sectional scores of the applicants in the acceptable entrance exams for shortlisting.
  • IBA will short-list the candidates for further round based on their SOP submission & best available test scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GRE/GATE
  • Applicants may submit more than one entrance test score. IBA will consider the best test score for shortlisting.

2. Final Admission Selection Round Criteria
The objective of IBA Selection Process for MBA aspirants is to assess communication skills, presentation skills, knowledge on current affairs, entrepreneurial abilities, understanding of markets, attitude, and aptness to take up the rigour of the programme.

  • Post short-listing on the basis of available scores, applicants will be called for the final selection round (Personal Interview)
  • Student/s will attend the Selection Process on the designated Date and Time along with the Original Copies of all the relevant documents.
  • Final selection is based on entrance exam score, Statement of Purpose (SoP), Academic Performance, Work Experience, performance in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) among others
  • Final results will be declared within 3 to 4 working days from the day of Selection Process.
  • Selected students will receive an Admission Letter through email as well as by Post.
  • Selected students are required to pay the prescribed fee within the specified date as mentioned in admission letter after the selection results failing which the seat will be offered to next deserving candidate
  • New Academic Session will commence on June 20, 2019.

IBA Bangalore Admission Cut Off  
IBA Bangalore has not prescribed any minimum cut offs in the admission process. It depends upon the quality & number of applications received and varies from year to year for different courses. 

Indus Business Academy will decide the Cutoff 2019 on the basis of aggregate percentile score in the entrance exam although candidates should also score well across the sections of the entrance exam.

IBA Bangalore: PGDM Programme Fee
The 2 years PGDM 2019-21 programme fees payable by the students at IBA Bangalore is Rs. 7,52,000/-.

PGDM offered at IBA is a residential course and residential charges varies from Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,35,000/- per annum depending on the type of occupancy. Students have a choice to stay in single / single with attached bathrooms, double / double with attached bathrooms or triple rooms.
