10.1 IMT Common Admissions Shortlisting Process
The applicants are shortlisted based on their profiles and eligibility. They must also meet the qualifying scores in at least one of the entrance exams as per the criteria. The profiles are evaluated, and the applicants are sorted into two groups: Profile based and Non Profile based candidates.

10.2 IMT Final Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a Critical Thinking Test and a Personal Interview on the day of the admission process. For selection, the applicants’ overall profile and the following factors are considered.

• Academic Background: A strong and consistent performance in 10th grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation.
• Entrance scores: Meeting the minimum eligibility cutoff in the required entrance exam is mandatory.
• Work Experience: Relevant work experience in case any (Work experience is not mandatory for this program; graduates with no work experience can apply.

IMT Ghaziabad Critical Thinking Test is generally a 30-minute-long Test, which evaluates a candidate on three parameters: Critical Thinking, Written Communication Skills, and Innovation & creativity.

IMT Ghaziabad Personal Interview is typically of 15 minutes, during which a candidate is evaluated on four parameters: academic orientation, communication skills, versatility (extra-curricular activities / general awareness), as well as values & maturity.
