Founded in 1991, by a group of academicians headed by Prof. J. Philip, who is a former Director of IIM-Bangalore and a former Dean of XLRI, the Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME) Bengaluru is one of the top B-Schools of India, with three campuses in Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi. XIME Bangalore has served as one of the reputed private business schools since inception.
XIME Bangalore is a recipient of ACBSP accreditation (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs of the United States), a milestone in the onward professional progress of the Institution. XIME Bangalore has NBA accreditation and is approved by AICTE. The University achieved a notable 24th place in the Outlook Rankings 2023 in the management category. Admission
XIME Bengaluru admits students with a proven calibre to perform. Admission process to the PGDM programme is facilitated through a rigorous selection process which requires highly competitive entrance exam scores, performances in GD-PI and other criteria. Following steps are included in the XIME Admission process:
Step 1: Must have appeared in one of the eligible entrance tests scores of which are accepted by XIME Bangalore. Acceptable exam scores for admission 2025 are XAT 2025, CAT 2024, CMAT 2025, MAT - September 2024, December 2024, February 2025 & May 2025; ATMA – Feb 2025, May 2025, June & July 2025; GMAT - 2023, 2024 & 2025
Step 2: The candidate should apply to XIME Bangalore online before the deadline. The application fee of Rs.1750/- should also be paid online.
Step 3: Complete and submit the XIME Bangalore application form by the last date
Step 4: Candidates are short-listed for Group Discussion & Personal Interview (PI) round from among the eligible candidates who have a valid entrance exam score and have applied to the programme of XIME Bangalore.
Step 5: After the GD-PI round, admission offers are made by XIME to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in entrance exam, performance in GD-PI round, academics, Work Experience among others
Step 6: Final Admission Offer will be made to the candidates on the basis of Final Score arrived after awarding the weightage scores on all the components.
