LIBA accepts CAT and XAT score for admission to its PGDM programme. Apart from submitting application for LIBA Chennai admission and scoring well in CAT/XAT exams, you need some qualities, qualification and attributes that LIBA admission process looks for which include Good aptitude demonstrated through entrance exam scores; Good past academic performance; Diversity across multiple dimensions, problem solving and communication skills. LIBA Chennai Admission Process is designed keeping in mind the above requirements. Here are the key Steps of LIBA Chennai Admission Process:
Step-1: Apply and Appear in one of the Entrance Exams CAT and XAT
Step-2: LIBA Chennai Shortlists candidates Final Selection GD-PI round based on entrance exam score, Academic profile, Diversity, Extra Curricular and others. In case both CAT and XAT exams are taken by the applicant, LIBA will short-list the candidates for the interview, based on their best available test scores
Step-3: After the GD-PI round, admission offers are made by LIBA to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in entrance exam, performance in PI round, academics, Quality of Work Experience among others. Performance in Personal Interview (PI) will be awarded high weightage in final selection criteria. The evaluation criteria in final selection will also look into the academic year arrears. As per the admission policy LIBA does not admit candidates with a history of more than 2 arrears.
