IBS Jaipur is led by Dr. Shweta Jain, Program Head, The ICFAI University, Jaipur. She has over 17 years of experience as Educationist, Academic Administrator and Soft Skills Trainer. She has a versatile academic milieu including Ph.D. (Management), Executive Program in Human Resource Management from IIM-Calcutta, PGDBA-HR, Diploma Training & Development (ISTD), MCA and M.Sc. (Comp. Sc.). Her Ph.D. research was on Behavioral Training Interventions in Telecom Sector. Dr Jain is also a Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie & Associates Inc, USA and All India Management Association (AIMA). Her academic interests include Organizational Behavior, Soft Skills, Competency Mapping and Employee Training & Development. She is an active learning and development professional associated with reputed organizations.
