TAPMI is housed in 44.11 acres of green campus with landscaped gardens, modern architecture and the best on-campus infrastructure and facilities. Located on a hillock, overlooking a beautiful valley, TAPMI offers integrated learning and relaxation facilities in a stimulating environment. 

T A Pai Management Institute Manipal Infrastructure includes air-conditioned classrooms with executive seating for 60 to 90 students. The class rooms have been specially designed for interactive participation. TAPMI hosts a spacious seminar hall which can accommodate 250 people at a time and is equipped with high-end Audio-Visual Equipment. TAPMI Manipal Library is housed in one wing of three storied, centrally air-conditioned building and in other wing computer lab is established. TAPMI Manipal Infrastructure has a world-class ICT comprising of high-quality hardware, software, and communication systems. TAPMI infrastructure is equipped with modern audio and video systems. TAPMI facilities in all classrooms include speakers, collar microphones for faculty, laptops, whiteboards, and screen projectors while the public lecture halls are equipped with a high-fidelity video screen, speakers, and microphones.

TAPMI Manipal facilities comprise world-class Finance Lab, powered by Bloomberg India, equipped with 16 terminals and supported by data feed from BSE and NSE which was launched in 2014. TAPMI’s 5 hostel blocks have been designed keeping in mind the students’ requirements of rigorous study and relaxation.
