K J Somaiya Opens Admission 2025: Check Eligibility, Fees, Placements, Selection Process

K J Somaiya Mumbai has opened its MBA admission 2025. KJ Somaiya Admission is a two-step process involving the Shortlisting criteria based on entrance exam score and the Final admission selection Criteria with varying weightage to different components. Last date to apply is January 20, 2025. Step by Step K J Somaiya Institute of Management Admission Process is detailed below:

Step-1: K J Somaiya Mumbai Shortlisting Criteria: K J Somaiya will shortlist candidates on the basis of entrance exam scores accepted for admission namely CAT 2024, XAT 2025, GMAT, NMAT 2024 and CMAT 2025. For NMAT, the scores of only the first attempt of the students will be considered. For GMAT, scores from January 2022 to January 2025 will be considered valid. Applicants may submit more than one entrance test score. K J Somaiya will consider the best test score for shortlisting. All the shortlisted candidates need to fill Profile form and SOP for MBA-HCM & MBA-SM before appearing in the GD-PI round

Step-2: K J Somaiya Mumbai MBA Admission Final Selection: Final admission round at K J Somaiya will consist of GD-PI. After the final admission round KJSIM will award weightage to Entrance exam score; Academics; Work Experience; Group Discussion and Personal Interview; Other Achievements like sports & other extracurricular activities. Candidates will be offered the programme based on their result, preference, and the availability of seats.

Profile Based Admission: K J Somaiya also offers profile based admission for its MBA in Healthcare Management and MBA in Sports Management. For the profile-based admission process, the aspirant needs to appear for any one of the qualifying entrance exams (i.e. either of CAT / XAT/GMAT/ NMAT/CMAT). For MBA-Sports Management qualifying scores of CAT/ XAT/GMAT/ NMAT/CMAT /ATMA/MAT/PERA CET/CUET will also be accepted.
