SDMIMD Mysore Director: SDMIMD Mysore Director is Dr (Lt Col) Prasad S.N. He is Director of SDMIMD and Professor - Strategy & General Management; Chairperson - Accreditation & Approvals, AICTE & Government Schemes. SDMIMD Director, Dr (Lt Col) Prasad SN joined SDMIMD in 2009 as HR, OB & Leadership Faculty, after his voluntary retirement from the Indian Army. He was awarded Ph.D by the Viswesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka in the area of Technical Training with an emphasis on using simulators and technology in 2018. In 2006, he was awarded for Outstanding Academic Performance in PGDM by SIBM, Pune. He has 11 years of teaching experience in HRM, Leadership, Materials Management, Equipment Life Cycle Management, Logistics. He completed M E (Automobile Engg) from Pune University in 1998. He has published research papers on Leadership, Armour Materials. Besides the academics, he is involved in learning more about Corporate Strategy, Wealth Management, Classical Studies and Leadership Psychology. Prof Prasad is a trained mentor and evaluator for the USA and European business school accreditation processes and currently is responsible for the institutional accreditation and approvals by international and national agencies. He is also the Chairperson for SDMIMD PGDM admissions and Quality Assurance of the institutional processes and is the designated Chief Quality Assurance Officer.
