The two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at ISB&M Pune is a flagship program designed to shape young professionals into dynamic business leaders. The PGDM at ISB&M Pune is structured into six trimesters, similar to the programs at top institutions like IIMs and XLRI. It offers a dual specialization, allowing students to build expertise in two functional areas. The program is designed to enhance decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills, making graduates highly competitive in the global job market. Students complete 22 core courses, providing an in-depth understanding of marketing, finance, operations, data analytics, HR, and business research.
