• ICFAI Foundation Deemed University Hyderabad will upload IBSAT Admit Card only for the candidates who have successfully registered and paid the IBSAT 2024 exam fee by the stipulated date
• Candidates who have successfully registered and paid their IBSAT 2024 registration fee are eligible to download IBSAT exam Admit Card
• Only All paid candidates can view, download and take print of their IBSAT Hall Ticket 2024 by login as Existing User on the ibsindia.org Website 
• After completing the IBSAT hall ticket 2024 download process, the hard copy of IBSAT Hall ticket 2024, must be carried to the exam centre
• A valid photo Id proof in original should also be carried along with the IBSAT Admit Card 2024 to the IBSAT exam centre.

• Date & Time of Test: Date of your IBSAT 2024 exam and the time slot are mentioned on your IBSAT admit card.
• Test Venue & Address: Name & Address of IBSAT 2024 exam centre would appropriately be mentioned on the IBSAT 2024 Admit card.

Mandatory Document to Appear in the Exam: IBSAT exam admit card 2024 is the mandatory document which you will have to carry with you to the IBSAT exam centre with your photograph and ID proof. Candidates can view and download the IBSAT 2024 Admit card till their IBSAT exam day. 

IBSAT Admit Card 2024 has series of important instructions for exam day, do’s and don’ts and is your passport to appear in the exam. Address for each test centre is printed on your IBSAT 2024 Admit Card. Ensure you allow for sufficient travel time on the day of test. You should carefully read and adhere to the instructions on the IBSAT Admit Card for IBSAT 2024 exam date. Important instructions, dos and don’ts for the IBSAT test day are shared below:

7.1 IBSAT 2024 Exam Date Guidelines: Important Do’s

• Print a copy of the IBSAT Admit card on an A4 size paper using a laser printer.
• Admit Card is valid only if the candidate's photograph is legibly printed.
• Reach the IBSAT Test Centre by the reporting time as mentioned in your admit card. This will allow sufficient time to complete the registration and biometric data gathering requirements at IBSAT test centre
• Candidates will be allowed inside the Test Centre only upto 15 minutes before the exam time
• The check-in procedure inside the test hall includes your image and fingerprint capture.
• The IBSAT Admit Card is to be submitted for verification at the time of the test, so carry at least one original (not photocopied or scanned) and valid (not expired) Government issued photo identification card (such as Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card) to the IBSAT text centre on the IBSAT 2024 exam date
• Please check that your photograph and signature images are legibly printed and visible on the photo ID card and match the name on Admit Card. Please note that your Photo ID card should not be damaged or smudged.
• Only IBSAT Exam Admit Card & Photo ID Card along with a simple ball point pen are allowed to be taken inside the IBSAT exam hall
• Candidates should write their name and Entrance Test Seat Number on each rough sheet(s) provided to them

7.2 IBSAT 2024 Exam Date Guidelines: Important Don’ts

• Mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets such as watches, calculators, smart devices of any kind, etc. and paper are NOT ALLOWED inside the IBSAT test centre.
• There is no facility for safe keeping of your personal belongings outside the test hall and IBSAT conducting body is not responsible for its loss.
• Friends and relatives accompanying the candidate will not be allowed inside the IBSAT test centre. Rough sheet(s) will be provided to the candidate for rough work which will have to be returned after the test.
• Since the test centre will not have any facilities like locker to keep your personal items such as bags, books, wrist watch or mobile phones, these items are not allowed into the exam hall.
• There is no provision of waiting room or designated area for friends and relatives who accompany you to the test centre.

According to the instructions issued by ICFAI Foundation and as given in your IBSAT Admit card, you must carry only the following 3 items with you in the IBSA testing room namely,

• Printed hard copy of the Admit Card with recent passport size colour photo pasted in the space provided
• Government issued Photo ID Proof in original
